Guests will have access to the entire home and 5-acre property.

Welcome to Sagebrush Oasis! You'll access the property through a private gate off a short dirt road (easily traversable by all vehicles). As you pass through the gate, you're immediately surrounded by lush desert greenery. Entering the house you'll step into a light-filled and spacious living/dining room with a 70" smart TV. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms including a large en suite with a soaking tub adjoining the primary bedroom. Additionally, there is a front reading room/office with a desk and twin bed. Off the dining room is a well-appointed kitchen opening onto the back patio. Stepping outside you'll find an expansive, private yard with a large shaded patio, a fire pit, BBQ, cowboy pool, and surrounding Joshua Tree forests. There are plenty of spots to lounge outside including oversized poufs and hammocks. In the front of the home is the hot tub with views of Pipes Canyon and more shaded patio space with additional seating and hammocks. Some highlights: ►Private hot tub with spectacular desert and mountain views ►Fast wi-fi at all points in the home and front/rear patios (mesh network) ►Exterior gas fire pit and BBQ (interior fireplaces are not operational for guests) ►Cowboy pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days ►Large shaded patio with a dining table and oversized lounging poufs ►Hammocks and outdoor seating in the front and back of the home ►Central AC and heating ►70" smart TV in the living room ►12 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree ►7 minutes to downtown Yucca Valley ►5 minutes to Flamingo Heights (La Copine, Giant Rock Meeting Room) ►10 minutes to Landers (The Integratron)

Other Details to Note

✱Pets: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior permission (please let us know ahead of time) for a $116 fee. Keep in mind that we are in nature and many desert creatures pass through the property including coyotes. We strongly encourage keeping your dogs leashed and nearby while outside as the property is not fully fenced. If you bring your pet, you will be provided with lint brushes, sheets to put over furniture, a dog bed and poop bags. If our cleaners have to clean pet hair off furniture, pick up pet waste or clean up a pet accident, you will be billed a minimum of $50. ✱Cell reception: As the property is remote, cell reception is spotty. There is fast wi-fi throughout the home and immediate surroundings which can be used for wi-fi calling. *Interior Fireplaces: For safety reasons, interior fireplaces are not operational for guests, but outside propane firepit is available for cozy fire times. Pet Rules: Dogs are welcome for $116 ($250 if you don’t tell us but bring them anyway) We do offer early check-ins and late check-outs when available for a fee: Late Check-out 1pm: $50 Late Check-out 4pm: $100 Early Check-in 2pm: $50 Early Check-in 11am: $100 Please note: Unauthorized Late check-out: $150.00 Unauthorized Pet fees: $250.00 No commercial photography or filming without express permission and a proper permit. This includes branded social media content. Personal photos/filming and social media are always ok. If we find you have done so, there will be a $5000/day production fee assessed to each night of your stay. Bottom line: please ask and we can most likely work something reasonable out. The actual nightly rate, cleaning fee and pet fee include a 15.5% Airbnb booking fee. Guests should be aware that this combination amortized over the entire stay is what Airbnb advertises as the nightly rate. Cancellations within the notice period posted on Airbnb will receive 100% refunds directly from Airbnb. Any refunds the host elects to offer for any reason after that time period will be based on the actual nightly rate we receive without Airbnb's 15.5% fees attached or cleaning/pet fees (unless refunds pertain to those specific services). Airbnb fees and local taxes are collected by Airbnb and are non-refundable by the host. You will be asked to contact Airbnb directly if you wish to have those fees refunded.
