Off the dining room is a well-appointed kitchen opening onto the back patio. Stepping outside you'll find an expansive, private yard with a large shaded patio, a fire pit, BBQ, cowboy pool, and surrounding Joshua Tree forests. There are plenty of spots to lounge outside including oversized poufs and hammocks. In the front of the home is the hot tub with views of Pipes Canyon and more shaded patio space with additional seating and hammocks. There is also a two-car garage available for guest use with free 240v EV charging.
