Other than the garage, guest will have access to the entire property.

This four bed, three bath home is fully fenced and totally private, situated near downtown Joshua Tree in the Friendly Hills neighborhood. Hot tub is open year round and heat is included in your stay. Pool is open year round and can be heated for a fee in cooler months to 85 degrees for $300/night (requires 48 hours notice and must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay). One thing to know: during colder desert weather, 85°F may not feel quite as warm as you imagine once you’re standing outside in the chilly air. CHEF’S KITCHEN A beautifully appointed chef’s kitchen is fully stocked for everything from a casual breakfast to a gourmet dinner. Custom oak cabinetry, marble countertops, and a Vitamix blender in the breakfast area make morning smoothies and fresh juices effortless. Designed with an open concept, the kitchen flows seamlessly into the living space, allowing guests to move freely between cooking, dining, and relaxing while staying connected to the conversation. BEDROOMS & COMFORT Each comfortable bedroom features its own thermostat, allowing every guest to create their ideal sleeping temperature. PRIVATE SEPARATE QUARTERS For guests seeking additional privacy, separate private quarters sit just across the breezeway—close enough to stay connected to the group while offering the feeling of a retreat within the retreat. OUTDOOR LIVING Gather around the custom-built outdoor dining table for 10 for long alfresco dinners as the sun sets over Joshua Tree. Spend warm afternoons in the saltwater swimming pool, sink into the 10-person Jacuzzi, or settle into the conversation-style fire pit as the mountains fade into silhouette and the stars take over the sky. Other Details to Note

This home comfortably sleeps eight people in its four bedrooms. The couch and an aero mattress are available for larger groups but over 8 must be included in the reservation. - Dining room fireplace decorative only and therefore off limits to guests. - Events and commercial photo shoots are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees. Unauthorized commercial shoots (including social media branding shoots) are subject to a $5000/day fee for each night of your stay. Bottom line: just ask! :) - DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $237. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized. If you bring your pet, you will be provided with lint brushes, sheets to put over furniture, a dog bed and poop bags. If our cleaners have to clean pet hair off furniture, pick up pet waste or clean up a pet accident, you will be billed a minimum of $50. We do offer early check-ins and late check-outs when available for a fee: Late Check-out 1pm: $100 Early Check-in 2pm: $100 Please note: Unauthorized Late check-out: $200.00 Unauthorized Pet fees: $400.00 The actual nightly rate, cleaning fee and pet fee include a 15.5% Airbnb booking fee. Guests should be aware that this combination amortized over the entire stay is what Airbnb advertises as the nightly rate. Cancellations within the notice period posted on Airbnb will receive 100% refunds directly from Airbnb. Any refunds the host elects to offer for any reason after that time period will be based on the actual nightly rate we receive without Airbnb's 15.5% fees attached or cleaning/pet fees (unless refunds pertain to those specific services). Airbnb fees and local taxes are collected by Airbnb and are non-refundable by the host. You will be asked to contact Airbnb directly if you wish to have those fees refunded.
